Booking Terms
Price & Booking Fee
Prices are listed per person and may vary by journey. No additional booking fees are charged.
What’s Included / Not Included
All journeys include accommodations, key admin, and local coordination.
Not included: Guides and meals (unless otherwise noted) are paid separately or directly to the host.
Payment & Confirmation
No payment is required to make a booking. Once we receive your request, we’ll get in touch and send you a confirmation email. At that point, a deposit of £99 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable directly to your host on the day of your stay.
Cancellation & Changes
Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or modify your booking at no charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist.
